Fitness Classes



The MWR Fitness Center offers the use of our new WellBeats system as a way to take part in fitness classes.

The WellBeats system offers patrons a variety of classes in just a touch of a button.  Classes include yoga, pilates, spinning, kickboxing, steps, kinetics, and more. Over 140 total classes are available to round out your workout.

How to use:

1. Welcome screen - from here you can browse the studio schedule. If there isn't a current class scheduled, you choose workout now.

2. The user agreement will appear, please be sure to read it.

3. On this screen you will be able to choose the class you desire. The description of each class is provided.

4. After choosing the class, notice that there is different class lengths.

5. Each class has 3  instructors: beginner, intermediate, and advanced. Follow the one according to your fitness level.  You can always move to a class more or less advanced.

6. The class will begin in less than 5 minutes.
