Suicide Prevention

There is help available for those who are considering suicide. Untreated depression or other mental illness causes the vast majority of suicides. It may be hard to see other options. No matter how overwhelming problems seem, you can get help. With help, you can find solutions to problems that seem hopeless. If you are depressed, treatment can relieve sadness, anger, and pain. Having suicidal thoughts is not something to be ashamed of. it is something to get help for.
